HIRING: BAC RECRUITING SERVICE & AFTERSALES MANAGER
BAC welcomes talented, creative and motivated individuals to join our exceptional team. We are looking for an experienced Service & Aftersales manager to lead the Aftersales & Service department. Working closely with all departments, the role will be responsible for driving initiatives which improve aftersales penetration, CSI and quality. You will need to be committed and focused with a genuine desire to succeed in delivering not only an excellent financial performance but also first-class customer service.
Key Responsibilities & Tasks
• Maximise aftersales profitability through the sale of labour and parts
• Improve aftersales penetration across the division, designing and rolling out initiatives to support performance
• Monitor and improve divisional aftersales CSI
• Ensure aftersales processes and procedures meet quality requirements
• Support dealership Service Managers with aftersales related issues globally
• Manage and develop the Service team
• Ensure all legal regulations are complied with, and all standards, targets and processes are met in line with operating guidelines.
• Occasionally work weekends or international hours for track events and dealership management
• Chair meetings and present information to small-medium groups of people

Knowledge, Skills and Experience Required
It is essential that the successful candidate has strong service & aftersales experience with an in-depth knowledge of both service and parts operations. In addition to your previous experience, you will demonstrate:
• Have mechanical and service knowledge to aid job tasks
• A track record of delivering turnover and net profit growth
• A professional and calm approach with strong stakeholder management skills to manage both internal and external stakeholders
• The ability to influence change
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to foresee potential barriers
• Hold a full driving licence and be prepared to travel where / when required.
• Fully conversant with MS Office software (e.g. complex Excel spreadsheets) and MRP / ERP systems
• Experience of Supplier Agreements/ Contracts
• Trailer towing experience or willing to be put on a course by BAC
• Able to organise events and travel arrangements for technicians going abroad
• Experience in TechMan (desired not required)
• Graphic Skills (desired not required)
